- In order for Co-op to fully support and represent you, we need to be assured of your full commitment to completing an international work term. Before applying for international postings, please carefully review the International Co-op Readiness Checklist. Take your time and discuss any concerns you may have with your Co-op Coordinator, family, and significant others before signing it.

Doing an international co-op serves as a great experience in your development (academic, professional and personal). This can be seen through a publication by WorldWork, an organization which specializes in international management, entitled "Description of International Competencies".
