Singapore eyes regulation of prepaid sales

(RDSL Asia via NewsEdge) Singapore may regulate prepaid mobile phone card sales, following evidence that terrorist have used the anonymity they offer to carry out attacks in other countries, the Associated Press reports, citing Home Affairs Minister Wong Kan Seng.

He said that the government was considering the matter with a view to regulating the cards' sale.
