Course Registration

Question:
I am not a student at SFU. Can I still take a course offered by Project JAPAN?

Answer:
Yes.  All our courses are non-credit and most of them are open to the public.

Question:
How can I register for a course in your program?

Answer:
Registration can be done by mail, fax or phone. Tuition may be tax deductible in Canada. Please note that effective May 1, 2010, all courses scheduled for July 1, 2010 and after will be charged HST.

Please register early. Most courses are limited to 24 participants. 

All classes are held in downtown Vancouver at Simon Fraser University Vancouver, Harbour Centre building.

Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)

Question:
I took a JLPT in the past, but I lost my score certificate.  Can I have another copy of my certificate from your program?

Answer:
The Japan Foundation can only reissue the JLPT certificate under certain conditions.  Please contact the Japan Foundation Headquarters in Tokyo or the Japan Foundation Office in Toronto.  Japan Foundation also has more details on the following webpages:
