Professional Designations

Many professional associations and institutes administer programs of study for their particular area of professional practice. Courses successfully completed through Management and Professional Programs are often recognized toward the requirements for these professional programs, and particular professional designations.

For more details about the programs and professional designations, and for the most up-to-date information regarding the courses you need for accreditation, contact the associations or institutes directly. Accreditation requirements are controlled by the individual Associations and Institutes, and may change at any time. There may be associations and institutes, other than those listed here, that also recognize courses offered by Management and Professional Programs. Check with the association/institute directly.

Many of the courses required for professional accreditation, can also be applied toward SFU certificates. Check the certificate requirements for more information.
