Graduate Studies and Career Fair
On Saturday, October 13th
there will be a Graduate Studies and Career Fair where representatives from
various universities and physicist-hiring organizations from across with have booths
set up to give students information on their programs and opportunities.

As we receive registrations, we will have a better idea of the area we are able to allocate for each booth,
and we will notify you of the area available for your booths. We will provide tables and backboards for all
booths, but delegates are free to bring their own displays. PLEASE NOTE that booth locations will be assigned
prior to the start of the graduate fair.

The fee to set up a booth at
the fair will be $250.00 plus a $0.75 transaction fee. Click the button below to pay online. (The page
that comes up may say "BC student - Accommodations needed", but this is nonetheless the button
