Ebco/Eppich Graduate Scholarships in Intelligent Systems

The Ebco/Eppich Graduate Scholarships in Intelligent Systems are open to students registered in various departments, as long as their reseach projects are related to Intelligent Systems.

Only one application form with supporting documents is required in order to apply for all of these scholarships. The deadline for submission to your department of enrolment is normally by September 30 for awards that will be paid in the Spring term. These awards are only given out once a year.

Departmental nominations must be submitted to the Faculty of Applied Sciences by October 15 as the Faculty will make the final recommendation to the Office of the Dean of Graduate Studies.

Application Process (For Students):

  • Look through the Ebco/Eppich Awards list and the terms of reference for each award.
  • Complete one application form and attach the required documents, which includes:
    • List of all Ebco/ Eppich awards for which you are eligibile for and wish to be considered.
    • Current, unofficial SFU trancript and a copy of the trancript of the most recent degree program completed. Do not submit advising transcripts
    • A statement as to why your research or work is relevant to intelligent systems
    • A list of any papers you have published
  • Submit your application and supporting documents to the department of enrollment by September 30
  • Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Nomination Process (Departments):

  • Submit a list of rankings and the application documents for recommended students to the Faculty of Applied Sciences by October 15
