This scholarship is administered through the Education Office of the Consulate-General of P. R. China in Vancouver. Each scholarship is valued at US$6000.

To be eligible, you must be a self-financed student, born after Jan. 1, 1972, hold a P. R. China passport, and be attending a doctoral program lasting more than one year in Canada or another foreign country.
