The Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD) consortium is looking for nominations of outstanding multimedia theses or dissertations and leaders in the electronic theses and dissertations (ETD) field.
There are three categories of awards:
Innovative ETD award recognizes student efforts to transform the genre of the print dissertation through the use of innovative software to create multimedia ETDs
Innovative Learning through ETDs Award recognizes a student whose professional life has been enhanced by the ETD process
ETD Leadership Award recognizes members of the university community whose leadership and vision have helped raise awareness of the benefits of ETDs and whose efforts have improved graduate education and research through the use of ETDs
Winners in the first two categories will each receive $500 and will be eligible to receive an additional $500 in travel scholarship funding to attend the ETD Symposium, September 23 - 27 in Hong Kong. See full Call for Nominations (pdf) for more details.
