"Erasmus Mundus aims to enhance quality in higher education through scholarships and academic cooperation between Europe and the rest of the world."
There are a large number of awards for Master's and PhD students to support study in Europe via the European Commission's Erasmus Mundus program.
If you are interested in studying in Europe, please take a look at their website. It offers a comprehensive list of various post-secondary institutions throughout Europe alongside of various fields of study. The application deadlines for the institutions and awards are primarily university-specific.
The lists are sorted by research area and each award has its own terms of reference, requirements and length of tenure. Some are joint programs, some are visiting student positions, and some are stand-alone degree programs. Most require English proficiency.
Tip: If you're about to complete your master's program and want to stay in academia, do take a look at the list of PhD programs to see if there's a match with your research interests.
