The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) is recruiting PhD students to study in Hong Kong. The fellowship provides a stipend of approximately $30,000 US per year and a travel allowance of approximately $1,300 US. There are 135 PhD awards.

Note: Their website hasn't yet been updated for the 2012/13 award but we have their posters and flyers available to you in the Dean of Graduate Studies office, MBC1100. Or just watch their website for an update shortly. From what we can tell, most of the details are the same.

Students may choose to study at one of these eight institutions, located in Hong Kong:

• City University of Hong Kong
• Hong Kong Baptist University
• Lingnan University
• The Chinese University of Hong Kong
• The Hong Kong Institute of Education
• The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
• The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
• The University of Hong Kong
