The Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation of Canada Scholarship for Canadian Women provides  two scholarships in the amount of $2500, to "any female Canadian citizen currently enrolled in or pursuing a Ph.D. program."

The applicant must be a woman, and a Canadian citizen in a PhD program. Note: There is a non-refundable $30 filing fee.
