For awards that you APPLY for:
October 1, 2012 is the deadline to submit the application form (pdf) and all the required documents found on the terms of reference to the grad program assistant in your department.
Please note that some awards may have special instructions for submitting the documents; detailed information can be found on the terms of reference pages.
Some awards are by NOMINATION only:
Let your department know if you would like to be nominated for an award. An application can still be submitted by October 1, 2012 to ensure that your department is aware of your interest in an award. Check the terms of reference carefully for special instructions.
All award nominations or recommendations are sent by your home department to the Office of the Dean of Graduate Studies by November 13, 2012.
Successful recipients of private awards will be contacted in late November. Students have to be registered in their graduate program in the Spring 2013 term to receive their award payment.
