The UNESCO-L'Oréal For Women in Science International Fellowships are now accepting applications for fellowships of $20,000 USD per year (tenable for two years) to women in the sciences.

Fellowships are being offered for research in the field of Life Sciences including biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, agriculture, medicine, pharmacy and physiology. Projects involving animal models are rejected and preference is given to non-cosmetic research.

Candidates must be women who are in PhD or postdoctoral programs, and under 35 years of age. Research outside Canada is required. Download the application documents:
