This view of the Lions Gate Bridge is only possible if you take a bit of a detour (you can call it a secret spot I guess) from a trans-canada trail (TCT). It starts at Hastings St. and Fell Ave in Burnaby and ends at the Iron Worker's Memorial Bridge.. On this trail, this view is near the intersection of North Gamma Ave and the TCT.
Tip: One should check out the beautiful and useful bike trail map provided by the City of Burnaby.

This is a view from a spot I don't think many would have seen, as it was taken in a cemetery from an interesting height. This view is from the Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Royal Oak Ave that encompasses the Brentwood skytrain station and also sits at the foot of these humungous mountains.. They make you realize how powerful mother nature is and how small we are in this earth, let alone universe….
