Today's photo is from Marinde Out, Department of Biological Sciences. Her photo is entitled, "Harbour of Volendam", taken in The Netherlands. She writes:

Many painters went to Volendam to make masterpieces of the harbour and its people. Being far from home now, the harbour has a special meaning for me. Not only did I work for 11 years in one of the restaurants on the dike, but I also had the greatest parties of my life on this simple stretch of Dutchness.
