We're sharing the contest entries from our Photos of Home grad student competition.

Today's photos are from Xuan Liu, Department of Economics, who writes:

The photo above was taken on a trip to Lake Huron. I went with a group of  other international students. We were just like a big family and had a very happy time. Even though we all felt homesick, the wonderful sunset, amazing view and new friends made everybody feel at home.

The photo below is a very famous old street in Suzhou, China. I immediately felt at home, even though I had never been there before. People around this street live a slow-paced life, which is totally different from the modern trend of this city.
