We're sharing the contest entries from our Photos of Home grad student photo competition.

This photo, entitled"Red Papaver Meadow" was taken in Shiraz, Fars, Iran.  It's from Sina Doroudgar, School of Engineering Science, who writes:

This is a close up of a Red Papaver selected among thousands of flowers in a meadow covered with oak trees and Red Papaver flowers near Shiraz in Iran.

Every year around spring, these little beauties bloom into the red fire you can see in the photo. The scent and view of the meadow is phenomenal.
