Announcing the new APEX Certificate Program for Grad Students & Postdocs

September 04, 2013

The APEX Certificate program is a structured professional development program for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.

The 2013–14 pilot program aims to provide space for you to be part of a community of likeminded participants who are intentional about their professional development while learning, sharing and mentoring each another along their own unique paths.

Through a core curriculum which builds upon your experiences, you will:

  • Improve your understanding of the variety of career possibilities available to you
  • Develop an understanding of your strengths and be able to communicate and promote these when necessary in professional contexts
  • Gain skills in a variety of domains (teaching, management, research, knowledge translation, life skills) that complement your disciplinary knowledge

Registration is now open and spaces are limited, so apply early!
