A representative from Mitacs will be presenting the results from the National Postdoc Survey on Oct. 15th at Burnaby campus, from 10–11:30 am, in West Mall Centre (WMC) 2200.

Mitacs, in partnership with CAPS (Canadian Association of Postdoctoral Scholars), has released a comprehensive report on the status of postdoctoral fellows in Canada. We invite you to attend a presentation where the findings of this report will be presented. You can read more about the survey results in this blog post from University Affairs

Mitacs will also provide an overview of the Mitacs Elevate postdoctoral program, which is a two-year program that provides fellows with an opportunity to lead a long-term research project with a partner organization, while developing professional and leadership skills. Mitacs Elevate has a November 19th deadline.

Refreshments will be provided by Mitacs. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to postdoc@sfu.ca
