Canada’s Most Powerful Women

Three SFU Business alumni were named in the 2010 Women’s Executive Network’s Top 100 Canada’s Most Powerful Women, which lists the top achievers and leaders in our nation’s private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

Congratulations to Zabeen Hirji  (MBA ‘94), Chief HR Officer, Royal Bank of Canada; Loreen Paananen (EMBA ‘95), EVP, Retail Development, Shoppers Drug Mart; and Bev Park (EMBA ‘02), President and CEO, Couverdon Real Estate.

All three women were recognized in the Scotiabank Corporate Executives category, which recognizes women who hold senior positions in Canada’s publicly-traded and privately owned companies, pension funds and co-operatives.
