Book a Thesis Submission Intake Appointment

April 01, 2014

Graduate students submitting a thesis to the Library each term are strongly encouraged to book a "Thesis Submission Intake" appointment with the Assistant for Theses.

Appointment times are bookable online. Please email theses@sfu.ca to arrange an appointment directly if there are no online times that work with your schedule.

The Assistant for Theses will ensure that your thesis meets formatting requirements and that all supporting documentation is accurate and complete.  It is recommended that this take place after submission of all your documents to the Thesis Registration System (TRS).

A reminder that your thesis, supporting materials, and documentation must be submitted to the TRS by 4 pm on April 30, 2014 (or within 3 weeks of the date on your signed Supervisor Revision Memo, whichever happens first), in order to be awarded your degree in Spring 2014.
