The DAAD offers a wide range of funding opportunities to support Canadian students in all fields of study. In most cases, international students and scholars at North America universities are also eligible.

This session will provide an overview of the opportunities available and give you a chance to ask any questions you may have about the DAAD's programs including the application process, support you could expect to receive, etc.

Many DAAD-funded programs are conducted in English. This session will be useful to anyone who is interested in picking up research experience outside of Canada.

You may also be interested in the DAAD Rise Professional: Internships in Germany (Deadline: January 31, 2015). This program provides internship placements in Germany for students in the fields of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Sciences and Engineering (or closely related subjects).
