Wikipedia 101 - try your hand as an editor!

October 03, 2014

Want to build some Wickipedia savvy? Check out this workshop offered by the Research Commons at the SFU Library.

In this informal session, participants will create an account, try making small edits, and start an article from scratch in their own Wikipedia sandbox space. After this workshop, you'll have a better sense of how Wikipedia works and will be ready to participate in the Ada Lovelace Day Wikipedia edit-a-thon on October 14th.
