Allison Cornell, a PhD student in Biological Sciences, has been selected as one of NSERC's Top 32 finalists in their Science, Action! video competition.

Her one minute long video for NSERC's "Science, Action!" describes the ecological cues that inform birds when they should lay their eggs. This is particularly important as climate change is beginning to affect the natural cycle of songbirds and the implications of this research may be widespread throughout the ecological community.

Please watch the video above as it will help SFU students in their quest for the NSERC contest prizes!
