SFU Course offering MBB 400/700 Biotechnology and Business

SFU's Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry is offering MBB 400/700 (open to graduate and undergraduate students) that examines biotechnology through the lens of business administration.

The course will also offer opportunities to meet with entrepreneurs and biotech industry professionals for networking purposes as well as showing students the commercialization of research. The one-credit course will provide students with an excellent foundation for the business of biotechnology.

The course will be taught by Poh Tan, who has been profiled twice by SFU for her successes in teaching and mentorship.
