Job Posting: International Max Planck Research School on Astrophysics 25 PhD positions available

The Max Planck Research School at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich is offering 25 PhD positions in astrophysics which will be taken at one of the four leading German research institutions below. 

  • the Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics (MPE)
  • the Max-Planck-Institute for Astrophysics (MPA)
  • the University Observatory Munich (USM)
  • the European Southern Observatory (ESO)
Candidates must have a valid MSc degree in the field of physics or a related field. The Research School will provide a work contract for 1400 Euros per month for a maximum of three years.
