Early Stage Researchers/PhD Scholarships

The Marie Sklodowska Curie Innovative Training Network is offering 2 positions for work in their 'Tendon Therapy Train', which is a research and training program using "recent advances in modular engineering to develop novel advanced therapy medicinal products for human and equine tendon repair and regeneration."

If candidates are in the first four years of their careers and have not been awarded their PhD yet, they are eligible. The position is in Greece and will work with academic institutes, companies and hospitals from six different European countries. Most nationalities appear to be able to apply, but review the list on their website to confirm. The position will be for a maximum of 3 years, and the successful candidates will be enrolled for a PhD.

Applicants must be fluent in English and hold a 1st class or 2:1 honours first degree in cell biology, biomaterials, biomedical engineering, tissue engineering, veterinary medicine, medicine, musculoskeltal biology or similar.
