If you're studying Art History in any way, shape or form, and have a topic concering American art and visual culture prior to the 1980's, you could receive an award to help you in your research!

The Terra Foundation Research Travel Grants are enabling students to discover new material and experience pieces first hand in American collections, as well as making important contacts with other students, artists, and curators to help establish essential networks for future research and careers.

These awards are for doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows from universities outside of the United States, and can be up to $6,000 for students from North America. The funds can be used for transportation, lodging, meals, research fees and expenses, so your trip is easily taken care of!
