Simon Fraser University has launched a university-wide process to develop a new Sexual Violence and Misconduct Policy. Students, staff and faculty are encouraged to provide their input about the policy.

The Sexual Violence and Misconduct Policy Advisory Committee are currently in the consultation phase, and would like to invite you to contribute your thoughts at one of the November sessions scheduled at Burnaby exclusively for graduate students. Your voice matters, so please join the discussion on the following important questions:

  • What can SFU do to prevent sexual violence and misconduct in our community?
  • What can the university administration do to improve its response and supports when incidents occur?

Attend any one of the two sessions held in November at the Thesis Defence Room (Library Room 2020, Burnaby Campus):

  • Tuesday, November 1 – 11:30am to 1pm
  • Thursday, November 3 – 1:30pm to 3pm

If you can't make it to these sessions, you can provide your input by email, online or anonymously.
