| Monday, April 30, 2012 | Last day to receive a complete U-Pass BC refund if you return your issued pass and become ineligible for the U-Pass program. |

| Friday, May 11, 2012 | Deadline for submitting a U-Pass BC exemption request for Summer 2012. (Note: Students taking a course at UBC under the Western Deans Agreement will be charged for two U-Passes if they don't submit an exemption request.) |
| Friday, May 18, 2012 | Last day for graduate students to enroll through self-service (late enrollment deadline) Last day to drop with no notation on transcript Last day to drop with 100% refund of tuition and fees Last day to change from credit to audit grade basis Last date to opt out or change your coverage in the Graduate Health Plan Grad tuition and fees (including co-op practicum fees) are due and payable. Every month after this date, a 2% penalty will be calculated and posted to your student account. |

| Friday, May 31, 2012 | Early submission deadline for theses. May be eligible for a 75% refund of tuition. Last day for receipt of grades deferred from the Spring term. Last day to become ineligible for a June U-Pass. |
| Tuesday–Friday, June 12–15, 2012 | Spring Convocation. |
| Friday, June 29, 2012 | Last day to drop with a 50% refund of tuition - no refund of ancillary fees Last day to become ineligible for a July U-Pass. |

| Monday, July 9, 2012 | Last day for graduate students to drop classes with WD on their transcripts |

Last day for graduate students to drop classes under special procedures applicable in extenuating circumstances (WE on transcript). Last day to become ineligible for an August U-Pass. |
