
International Orientation for Grad Students
As a new graduate student, you are encouraged to attend your departmental orientation.
There are also a number of other free orientation programs which are designed to help welcome you to the campus community and get you started in your graduate career. More information about each optional session is available on the links below.
- International, Exchange & Study Abroad Orientation on Wednesday August 28 (Register online)
- Graduate Student Society's "Build Your Own" Orientation on Friday August 30 (Reserve your seat online)
- Graduate Studies Welcome & Reception on Tuesday September 3, 2013 from 2pm - 4pm on the Burnaby campus. (Reserve your seat online.)
- If you have a confirmed place in the SFU Graduate Residences (Louis Riel or Hamilton Hall), visit the Fall 2013 Graduate Welcome page for info on how to sign up for an early-move in option and residence orientation. Costs will be noted on that page.
