Archive > The 2005 Bowen DialogueImagine BC's Invited Delegates Convene on Bowen Island Tuesday October 11 to Friday October 14, 2005 Thirteen imaginative innovators from diverse disciplines and sectors who share a commitment and connection to British Columbia spent four days in dialogue discussing the future of the ecology and the economy. A group of 11 opinion leaders from the community joined the delegates on October 12 to participate in an evening session on the meaning of progress. A brief account of those discussions is summarized in the Imagine BC Year Two Consensus Statement. Representatives from this group will report out to a variety of policy makers, elected officials and representatives from key sector associations to share discoveries, ideas and directions in selected venues. |
