- Collaborated with Counselling Psychology Cognate to initiate a cohort (2016 intake) focused on Counselling in Educational Settings in response to community need for school counselors.
- Collaborating with Educational Psychology Cognate faculty to study and propose a hybrid counselling MA/school psychology PhD program.
- Redesigning undergraduate EDUC 324 using cultural safety, social justice and critical multicultural perspectives
