Are you an aspiring educator interested in place-based learning? Do you want to learn more about the history and landscape of Nuu-chah-nulth people? 

“Place-based learning in Huu-ay-aht Territory” is an intensive, two-week course for undergraduate and graduate students looking to engage in the emerging realm of place-based learning.

Offered by the Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre in partnership with SFU, the summer field course will run from August 17 - 28, 2020, near the Village of Bamfield in British Columbia.
