  3. Competition winners will be given a period of 2 weeks [MG1] from the date of being designated a winner to indicate acceptance of the award and to comply with any information requests necessary to facilitate the payment of funds. Failure to indicate acceptance or to comply with information requests within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of the award unless additional arrangements are made with SFU’s Office of Community Engagement.
  4. Competition winners will be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (the “Declaration and Release”), confirming compliance with the Official Contest Rules & Regulations and acceptance of the award, and allowing the publication of the names and photos of the Contest winners. 6. As a condition of accepting and receiving an award, winners will be required to provide SFU’s Office of Community Engagement with a Project End Report within one year of winning an award, unless otherwise agreed. The report should describe the details, results, and impact of the project, and it must include a high-level summary of how the award funds were used. More details about report requirements will be provided to award winners. Winners may also be provided with the alternative option of writing a reflective piece about their experiences, to be edited (in collaboration with you) and then published on SFU websites by SFU’s Office of Community Engagement. Reflective piece must still be accompanied by a summary of how the award funds were used.
