We have booked the Ramada Hotel for the days of the conference from October, 13 to 16 2005. The Ramada Limited Downtown Vancouver Hotel is within easy walking distance of the conference venue. The contract rate price is $69 plus applicable taxes (10% hotel tax, 7% GST). Delegates will be responsible for booking their own accommodation direct with the Ramada Hotel. Please ensure to quote GROUP #1207 to ensure you get the contract price.

The Ramada Hotel is located one and a half blocks from Simon Fraser University at Harbour Centre. The hotel offers complimentary Continental breakfast served from 6:30-9:30 a.m. They also offer complimentary Hi-speed Internet access laptop cards. These can be picked up at check-in at the front desk and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Travel time from the airport to downtown Vancouver is 35-40 minutes.
