Plenty of Fish (POF) and the Faculty of Applied Sciences (FAS) are excited to announce a 24-hour hackathon with a chance to win $6000 in prizes.

Come hack together a big data app that enhances the conversation (expressiveness and quality) between two people. Other interesting apps could detect conversation sentiment or even protect a person from spam or a scam.

(starts Friday at 9am; ends Saturday at 2pm)

Location:
Big Data Hub, Applied Science Building
SFU Burnaby
