SFU is second among all Canadian universities for Mitacs-funded internships for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. Mitacs Accelerate funding, available to all disciplines, supports graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to conduct research with companies and not-for-profit organizations.  

This video outlines a few FASS internships, how the community partnerships benefit both the partner and the students and faculty members, and provides ideas for other partnerships.
