IAUPP Application Form

This program normally admits high school graduates who do not meet general SFU admission requirements or requirements stated in the Aboriginal Admission Policy. Please review the IAUPP admission requirements before filling out the application form. 

Documentation (including high school transcript) may be uploaded along with the online application form, or sent by email, by postal or handed in-person. The IAUPP coordinator may provide support services for filling out the form. 

Applicants may choose to submit the online application form below OR fill out the PDF version of the application form and submit it via email, in-person or by postal mail.
