You are encouraged to register online where you will receive an immediate receipt.  You will find the "register online here" button at the bottom of the column on far left of the home page.  If you wish to register by e-mail (Fc_2022@sfu.ca), fax (778-782-5066) or post you will need to print out the registration form below.  Faxed, e-mailed and posted registration forms must be received by the Secretariat by May 31, 2022.
