School for the Contemporary Arts' Laura U. Marks Receives Guggenheim Fellowship

Congratulations to the School for the Contemporary Arts' Laura U. Marks, who was recently named a fellow of the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation!
Marks received the Guggenheim Fellowship in the category of Fine Arts Research for her proposed and ongoing work, "Small Files for a Small World: Mitigating the Carbon Footprint of Streaming Video." This 6-month fellowship with begin in September of 2024.
