Technical support and assistance

The Faculty of Health Science’s Information Technology (IT) complement consists of one desktop support staff member, Ted Seto, and two network administration staff members, Darrin Grund and Andre Bothelo. The faculty currently supports the workstations, servers, and printing services located within the computing lab. Staff are available to maintain these computers, install approved software, and provide general advice and recommendations during normal working hours (9:00-4:00 Monday to Friday).

Minimal after hours computer support is provided by the university. IT Services staff are available to troubleshoot network problems on the SFU network. The 24-hour help line phone number is 778-782-3230 or you can submit a request for support online here.
