Research project collaborative filespace
FHS IT can provide shared collaborative filespace for research projects.
Features
- Windows and Mac OSX compatible
- Accessible on campus via S: drive (S:\Research Staff)
- Accessible off-campus (upon request) using WebDAV to: https://fhs-file.fhs.sfu.ca/<project_name>
- 30GB of space provided - additional space may be available upon request
- All researchers and collaborators must have an SFU computing ID. For external collaborations, a SFU sponsored account is required ($25/yr)
- Project members, e.g. RAs, can be changed by project sponsor at any time upon request
How to request project filespace
To request project filespace, contact fhs-help@sfu.ca and provide the following information:
- Project name
- Project PI/sponsor
- Anticipated project end date
- Computing IDs (preferred) or full names of project members
