2013 Parent Orientation at SFU Surrey

SFU Surrey will hold its annual Parent Orientation evening on Tuesday, June 25th, 2013.  This event is geared towards parents and families of students who will be coming to SFU in the Fall 2013 term, and will be an opportunity for them to hear from faculty and staff members on how they can support their student's transition.  

In addition to the welcome/lecture portion of the evening, guests will have an opportunity to connect with the various programs and services that students can take advantage of on campus. 

Event Schedule

6:30 pm: Registration in the Dale B. Regehr Grand Hall (mezzanine)

6:45 - 7:45 pm: Presentations in the Westminster Savings Credit Union Theatre, Room 2600. Hear from faculty, staff and students on what students can expect in their first year of university.

7:45 - 8:30 pm: Meet and greet in the Dale B. Regehr Grand Hall (mezzanine). Meet student advisors and other campus resource representatives. Find out more about our programs. Optional campus tours will be available. Light refreshments will be provided.
