Executive Steering Committee (ESC)
The membership of the Program’s Executive Steering Committee (ESC) consists of the high level stakeholders of the financial systems at SFU. The ESC is empowered to make decisions regarding Program scope, budget, and schedules and to resolve escalated issues and risks.
