Geography graduate students present their research at Geo Delft 2018
Two of our Geography PhD students, Ian Lochhead from the Spatial Interface Research Lab and Alex Smith from the Spatial Analysis and Modeling Research Lab, presented papers at the Geo Delft 2018 conferences held in Delft, Netherlands, from October 1-5. Geo Delft 2018 was a joint event comprising four international conferences related to the further advancement of theoretical and practical research in spatial information sciences considering structuring, management, analysis, visualization, modeling and simulation with multi-dimensional data. Ian presented within the 13th 3D GeoInfo Conference and Alex presented within the ISPRS TC IV 2018 Symposium. With over 300 participants, it was an excellent opportunity for Ian and Alex to exchange research ideas and network with other researchers and practitioners.
