GeoSpeakers is a speaker series funded by the Geography Department and run by Geography graduate students.  We arrange for professional geographers to give informal, accessible presentations on their research in a public setting.  Undergraduate students are encouraged to attend - it’s a great opportunity to get to know the Geography Department and see what academic presentations are like, particularly if you are considering grad school.
