Patricia Brantingham, PhD

 

is Professor and RCMP University Research Chair in Computational Criminology in Simon Fraser University’s School of Criminology and Director of the Canadian Institute for Urban Research Studies. Patricia is a world-class Environmental Criminologist who studies pattern theory, criminal justice planning, and crime prevention through environmental design. Past projects include advising Translink, Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority on designing SkyTrain stations to address rising concerns about crime and victimization.
