A day of networking and building research collaborations across disciplines awaits! Researchers will have the opportunity to participate in activities aimed at sparking conversation and collaborations that will pave the way to innovation.
SFU Health Research Day 2016 will feature:
- A welcome introduction by Dr. Joy Johnson, Vice-President, Research, SFU
- A keynote presentation by Dr. Alan Bernstein, President & CEO, Canadian Institute for Advanced Research
- An opportunity for newly formed research collaborations to apply for a $5,000 development grant from the SFU Office of the Vice-President, Research
- Cash prizes for the best posters presented by graduate students and post-doctoral fellows
