1. Log in to Symplicity (our online self-serve job posting system) and post your job. Select which program you'd like to target OR email your job description to a Co-op representative and we'll do the posting for you.





2. Once you have received and reviewed your package of applicants, please email the Co-op office the
- shortlisted candidates' names
- your preferred interview times
- interview location and
- interviewer name
As soon as we have scheduled your shortlisted students for interview, we will confirm via email. On-campus interview space is available if needed.


3. After you have interviewed your candidates, notify the Co-op office which co-op student you would like to hire. We will inform the candidates of your decision.


Our timing meets your needs. Co-op students work year-round. SFU’s trimester system gives employers the flexibility to hire for 4, 8, 12 or 16 months at a time.
